By accessing and using Rexgencloud's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Services Provided
Rexgencloud provides web hosting services, domain registration, web development, mobile app development, and related technical services (collectively, "Services"). All services are subject to the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.

3. Account Registration and Security
To use our services, you must register for an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

- You must provide accurate and truthful information
- You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date
- One person or entity may not maintain more than one account without prior written consent

4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this Acceptable Use Policy. Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to:
4.1 Prohibited Content
- Illegal content or activities
- Content that infringes on intellectual property rights
- Malicious software, viruses, or harmful code
- Spam, unsolicited bulk email, or mass distribution of messages
- Adult content or pornographic material
- Content promoting violence, hatred, or discrimination
- Phishing, fraud, or deceptive practices
4.2 Resource Usage
- Excessive use of server resources that affects other users
- Running scripts or processes that consume excessive CPU or memory
- Operating file-sharing or peer-to-peer applications
- Cryptocurrency mining or similar resource-intensive activities
5. Payment Terms and Billing
Payment terms vary depending on the service selected. All fees are due in advance unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
5.1 Billing Cycles
- Hosting services are billed monthly, quarterly, annually, or biennially
- Development services may be billed based on project milestones or hourly rates
- Domain registrations are typically billed annually
- All prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice
5.2 Payment Methods
We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. Payments must be made in US Dollars unless otherwise specified.
5.3 Late Payments and Suspension
- Accounts with overdue payments may be suspended without notice
- A late fee may be applied to overdue accounts
- Services will be restored upon payment of all outstanding amounts
- Accounts suspended for more than 30 days may be terminated
6. Service Level Agreement (SLA)
Rexgencloud strives to provide reliable service with minimal downtime. Our SLA commitments vary by service type:
6.1 Uptime Guarantee
- Shared Hosting: 99.9% uptime guarantee
- VPS Hosting: 99.95% uptime guarantee
- Dedicated Servers: 99.99% uptime guarantee
- Uptime is calculated monthly, excluding scheduled maintenance
6.2 Service Credits
If we fail to meet our uptime commitments, you may be eligible for service credits as follows:
- 99.0% - 99.8% uptime: 5% monthly service credit
- 95.0% - 98.9% uptime: 10% monthly service credit
- Below 95.0% uptime: 25% monthly service credit
7. Data Backup and Security
While we provide backup services, you are ultimately responsible for maintaining your own backups of all data and content.
7.1 Our Backup Policy
- We perform daily backups of all shared hosting accounts
- Backups are retained for 30 days
- VPS and dedicated server backups are available as an add-on service
- Backup restoration may incur additional fees
7.2 Data Security
- We implement industry-standard security measures
- SSL certificates are available for all hosting plans
- We monitor our systems for security threats 24/7
- Data is stored in secure, climate-controlled data centers
8. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Rexgencloud website and services are owned by Rexgencloud and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
8.1 Your Content
- You retain ownership of content you upload to our services
- You grant us a license to host, display, and transmit your content
- You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to all content you upload
- We may remove content that violates these terms or applicable laws
8.2 Development Work
- Custom development work becomes your property upon full payment
- We retain rights to general methodologies and know-how
- Source code and deliverables are provided upon project completion
- We may showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless requested otherwise
9. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with or without cause, subject to the following provisions:
9.1 Termination by You
- You may cancel your account at any time through your control panel
- Cancellation requests must be submitted before the next billing cycle
- No refunds are provided for partial months of service
- You are responsible for backing up all data before cancellation
9.2 Termination by Rexgencloud
- We may terminate accounts that violate these terms
- We may terminate accounts with excessive resource usage
- We may terminate accounts with unpaid balances
- We will provide reasonable notice except in cases of serious violations
10. Limitation of Liability
Rexgencloud's liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10.1 Service Limitations
- Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
- We are not liable for data loss or corruption
- We are not liable for third-party actions or services
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rexgencloud from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Rexgencloud is incorporated. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.
13. Changes to Terms
Rexgencloud reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
